    This is a great opportunity to join us as a Receptionist PART TIME PROGRAM in our Global Business Center in Bucharest. (Administrative department) Key Responsibilities:

    • First point of contact for facility issues (repairs, office furniture, office supplies)
    • Ensures the proper functioning of calls and answers all types of general information; answer the phone promptly and always keep the staff informed about the received messages answers reception mailbox in promptly to offer support to colleagues and any other external query.
    • Assist the HR department in the oboarding and exit process of employees
    • Supports new colleagues
    • Allows access on site of employees based on ID cards or magnetic cards
    • Allocate and customize permanent & temporary badges.
    • Ensures the registration of visitors in the register book and gives them the access card. Keep track of access cards, making sure that each visitor hands over the badge at the end of the visit.
    • Provides protocol for visitors
    • Centralizes stocks of office supplies (office, coffee, dishes, hygiene products, etc.) & submits requests to purchase
    • Receives correspondence, registers and distributes them to the recipient department or colleagues.
    • Maintains contact with suppliers designated for national and international shipments and manages shipment requests
    • Distribute benefits to employees (holiday vouchers, transportation, etc.) and keeps track of them
    • Occasionally provides support ( reports, translations, drafts)
    • Handle and archive invoices ( SAP)
    What will make you successful
    • Higher education is an advantage
    • At least one year of experience in a similar position (preferably in a Customer Service role)
    • Very good level of English, verbal and written.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
    • Strong attention to details
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within Tenneco (both verbal and written)
    • Client Oriented
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    Additional qualifications preferred:
    • Experience in SAP
    • Speaking any other language of international circulation
