YOUR ROLE

• Influencing and/or driving local technical strategy based on customer / market expertise, playing an expert role at customers and external association.
• Identifying, developing and driving new innovations and best practices.
• Executes local sales plans and strategy in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing as well as acquire new customers
• Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap
• Delivers sales and distribution targets in territory / at defined account
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Executes pricing and promotional actions
• Manages and / or steers distributor sales force / 3rd party representation
• Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits, follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels and identifies gaps
• Takes and process customer orders, negotiates customer agreements and carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract management
• Steers overdue payments, block orders if needed

• University degree
• Min. 5 years of work experience in similar activity
• Excellent English (written, oral)
• Driving license B
• Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
• True team player: team results matter more than an individual agenda
