- Influencing and/or driving local technical strategy based on customer / market expertise, playing an expert role at customers and external association.
- Identifying, developing and driving new innovations and best practices.
- Executes local sales plans and strategy in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing as well as acquire new customers
- Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap
- Delivers sales and distribution targets in territory / at defined account
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Executes pricing and promotional actions
- Manages and / or steers distributor sales force / 3rd party representation
- Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits, follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels and identifies gaps
- Takes and process customer orders, negotiates customer agreements and carries out admin tasks related to reporting and contract management
- Steers overdue payments, block orders if needed
- University degree
- Min. 5 years of work experience in similar activity
- Excellent English (written, oral)
- Driving license B
- Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
- True team player: team results matter more than an individual agenda
