Job role

•  Consultant  in Cyber Security  Awareness  and Training for the Awareness & Education Team of Allianz Services

• Development of customer specific training and communication campaigns in the area of Protection and Resilience to build up a strong Human Firewall in Allianz entities
• Support of the client in setup of training strategy and implementation in Information/Cyber Security
• Responsible for dashboards, KPIs and reporting to the client and to Allianz Group
• Collaborate closely with the service provider to develop the best possible training scenarios for the customer and thus always offer the most realistic training possible that is close to the current threat landscape.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to present training and education results and recommendations to all stakeholders
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and contribute to ideas for potential solutions
• Support the Awareness & Education Team prior to and during trainings and workshops to help clients respond with confidence to any disruptive scenario and support in building up consistent and scalable processes and procedures to increase business resilience
• Supporting the Awareness & Education team before and during trainings and workshops to help clients respond with confidence to any cyber-attack scenario

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Cyber Security / Information Security / Risk Management/ Economics/ Political Sciences/ Engineering/ Business Information Systems or any security and resilience related field
• At least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 or any other Security related certificates
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Information or Cyber Security, Risk Management, Security Awareness, Data Protection, Business Continuity Management, or Emergency Management
• At least CEFR B1 proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered a plus
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Excellent in communication, presentation, and marketing skills with an eye for details, that will help our messages reach a diverse and wide audience
• Ability to carry out administrative and organizational activities in a structured manner

• Experience in working with international teams / customers
• Project Management experience will be considered as a plus
• Ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a creative mindset
• High level of self-organization
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-centric working style
• Well-developed social skills
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances
• Interest in further developing skills in Protection & Resilience
• Knowledge of international and national standards applicable to the cyber security and business continuity management
