    About the Role:   We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented colleague with strong written and verbal communications skills. Key Activities:

    • HR personnel administration: Hiring process, contractual changes, job description, maternity decisions and termination of individual labor contract - monitoring all processes for compliance with local laws and company policies and standards;
    • Forming and maintaining employee records in collaboration with outsourced HR service provider;
    • Updating and monitoring databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave;
    • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken;
    • Legal guidance to all employees: advice on labor law and documents.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor law
    • Communicating with external partners from HR Admin Perspective (e g. payroll provider, medical services) if needed;
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
    • Prepare, maintain, update and archive employee personnel files& other relevant documentation
    • Work with new hires to collect necessary paperwork
    • Create and distribute documents to employees
    • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries;
    • Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
    • Ensure that relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;
    • Cooperating with the Recruitment Team

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • At least 3 years experience in the HR Admin field
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Persistent and solid attitude in attention-to-detail
    • Knowledge of the Labor Code; Experience in payroll is an advantage
    • Very good analytical skills, curiosity and problem-solving capability, understanding of HR systems and processes
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Romanian and English
    • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Team-playing attitude is a must
    • HR Inspector Certificate is a plus
    • Ability to work under pressure
