    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience.
    Previous similar work experience
    Excellent English (both written and spoken)
    Understanding of financial accounting basics
    SAP or equivalent system-wide application experience a plus

    We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Professional in our Performance Material & Technologies (PMT) department in Bucharest.

    Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will process orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.

    Customer Experience Professional Responsibilities:
    Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with customers;
    Align order processing procedures to rationalize customer specific requirements;
    Key point of contact for any pre-sales proposal opportunities;
    Create SAP sales orders based on Sales Order Form;
    Formulate the required invoice backup documentation;
    Create shipments and deliveries to arrange shipments, inclusive of selecting freight vendor / quotes / paying freight bills;
    Track deliverables;
    Create Advance Payment Invoices;
    Issue invoices and supporting documentation to customers as per signed agreement;
    Work with Honeywell Credit Dept. to resolve credit hold issues;
    Coordinate with Credit & Collections on outstanding invoices;
    Correspond directly with the customer on issues affecting payment, or any product returns;
    Learn customer billing systems;
    Create credit memos or cancel invoices as necessary, obtaining appropriate authority.
