    Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisitions process for allocated departments in Hella Corporate Center;
    Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job profile, key skills and responsibilities for each role;
    Organize and conduct interviews to hire the right people for all positions using appropriate selection methods and tools;
    Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes;
    Act as single point of contact for assigned departments, having end-to-end ownership of service delivery;
    Keep evidence on recruitment data, build reports on major indicators influencing recruitment process and related HR KPIs;
    Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations;


    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field;
    Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting area;
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    Involvement and motivation to achieve results;
    Good organizing and decision-making skills;
    Microsoft Office knowledge;
    English – advanced level.
