YOUR TASKS

Labor contract management. Processes personnel documents related to:
Hiring (labor contract and other required documents);
Hiring of foreign citizens;
Contract changes (addendums to labor contract);
Contract suspension (maternity/paternity, unpaid leave);
Part-time contract;
Tax exemption;
1st level support for questions regarding labor relation (HR-Portal); Collective Labor Contract; Internal Regulation; Maternity and paternity);
Issue employment certificates.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree;
SAP-HR knowledge is a plus;
Microsoft Office knowledge;
