For our customer, one of the world’s leading glazing manufacturers who has developed a large portfolio of products for the automotive, marine, mass transit, and military markets, we are looking for a Production Supervisor.

Requirements:
University or Technical studies (Mechatronic engineering, mechanical or industrial or similar);
+2.5 years of experience as a production supervisor in the automation line;
Good knowledge of the sector and product;
Organizational and leadership skills;
Skills for problem solving;
Basic knowledge of IATF, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D;
User knowledge of CAD, Power BI, Sharepoint, SAP;
Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing (SMED, 5S);
MS Office Intermediate;
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
Control of production and quality monitoring KPIs;
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them to the team;
Organize the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules;
Insurance safe use of equipment and schedule, report, request, and alert regular maintenance task;
Check production specifications;
Performs training in new operational processes for personnel by skill matrix;
Control of the use and application of documents or production procedures (SOPs) ensuring best practices using in all the activities;
Identify efficiency problems and suggest improvements in efficiency and profit;
Control of consumption of materials and update the files;
Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development;
Attend the SAP system in the department (Request materials, consumables, Kanban, etc);
Leader of TPM (5S, Autonomous maintenance, etc);
Monitor and follow the automation of the equipment of the assembly line (hardware and software);
Set daily meetings with the team to give feedback;
Evaluation of performance and progress of the team;
Report, analyze and act for safety incidents or accidents;
