IMDS Assistant

YOUR TASKS:

Requesting and quality-checking of supplier IMDS material data sheets (MDS) according defined rules;
Comparing material information with drawings, IMDS-rules and customer specifications;
If necessary, communication with the suppliers in case of rejecting, regarding the correction of errors and timing of the re-submission. In special cases turning to IMDS specialists for assistance;
Preparing and completing of assembly parts lists by filling in missing supplier or inhouse data and replacing non up to date datasheets;
Completing customer MDS s according actual IMDS-rules, polymeric parts marking, ELV application codes, weight tolerances and customer information;
Follow-up of the acceptance or rejection of the customer MDS s;
In case of rejection, re-transmitting of the corrected MDS s. If necessary, turning to IMDS specialists for assistance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Good knowledge in material science, production and construction techniques;
Good knowledge of SAP (PDM, BW);
Knowledge of IMDS system and iPoint (iPCA);
English knowledge - advanced level.
