University degree in information technology or comparable education
5+ years of QA experience
3+ years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing
Expertise in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, Performance test execution and analysis of Performance test results
Experience with scripting and testing using JMeter , Microfocus - LoadRunner or any other Performance Testing tool
Good Knowledge with Java Programming language
Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools: Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Ranorex, Jenkins, Intellij, Xray for Jira
Interested to learn new tools & technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English

Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements
Run and manage performance test campaigns
Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities
Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance
Develop and maintain automation test scripts, test data and expected results
Derive test conditions and expected results from requirements & user stories
Ensure the Test Conditions and Expected Results are complete and accurate
Conduct peer review sessions according to the test schedule and benchmark standards
Execute test case flows and where necessary create failure reports
Review test cases and test data
Support test execution

The Performance and Automation test engineer is responsible for conducting performance testing to ensure system capacity, reliability and scalability. Typical duties that you will perform include working closely with the testing team in developing performance test cases and plans, analyzing test results, and handling bug fixes in collaboration with development teams. Additionally, you are responsible for the test automation script execution and programming of the tests necessary to ensure that application and technical environment meets highest level of quality (technical and functional) and freedom from defects.
