    Manpower is recruiting a Cyber defense analyst for its client, FORD Romania.

    Mandatory requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree or Higher;
    1+ Years, Experience in a cybersecurity role;
    English language – advanced.

    Preferable:

    Strong interest in technologies, security with an eagerness and willingness to learn;
    Strong deductive reasoning, critical and Analytical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills to be able to triage cyber security issues and other issues to resolution. Combined with ability to have initiative to understand what is required or what management means and complete;
    Disciplined approach utilized when completing work and adhering to procedure;
    Demonstrate high level of appropriate independent initiative, drive for results, quality methods and integrity;
    This would be a perfect position for a candidate who is technically oriented and has a willingness to learn.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Addressing information security incidents including:
    - Phishing;
    - Information theft;
    - Misuse of data;
    - Intrusions;
    - Hostile probes and malicious software;
    This is a technical position. Daily activities include analyzing incidents using one of the many available tools. Then investigating and determining whether a threat applies to Ford;
    Candidates must be willing to work 4 weekends per year. For those 4 weeks, only when you are Shift Lead, you work 2 weeks on an 11am-8pm shift during Daylights savings time and 2 weeks on a 10am-7pm shift during Standard time;
    Outside those 4 weeks, must be able to work late or possibly during weekends for Critical events - this is not frequent.
