    Requirements

    Minimum 3 ani experienta de vanzari intr-o companie FMCG;
    •Studii superioare;
    •Proactiv, orientat spre rezultate; capabil sa lucrezi cu un grad ridicat de autonomie;
    •Foarte bune abilitati de organizare/ planificare;
    •Abilitati de comunicare;
    •Capabil sa iei decizii rapid/ Adaptare/rezolvare de probleme;
    •Orientat catre dezvoltarea afacerii, spre client;
    •Determinat, capabil de lucru in conditii de stres;
    •Limba engleza – nivel mediu;
    •Permis categoria B.

    Responsibilities

    .
    •Planifici si coordonezi activitatea zilnica pe zona ta, pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor lunare si anuale de vanzari;
    •Identifici noi oportunitati de vanzare si dezvolti sectorul de piata atribuit;
    •Esti responsabil pentru atingerea obiectivelor cantitative si calitative de vanzari pe zona ta (Cifra de Afaceri, Cota de Raft, respectare standard de mercantizare, distributie numerica, implementare promotii, nivelul creditelor/ incasarilor etc);
    •Monitorizezi activitatea si performanta echipei de vanzari din zona ta;
    •Asiguri instruirea/ dezvoltarea fortei de vanzari din zona ta, astfel incat sa se realizeze o vanzare eficienta;
    •Dupa caz, monitorizezi activitatea de vanzare a distribuitorilor din zona alocata.
