    Requirements

     University Degree - preferably Social Sciences or Economic field;
     Research/sourcing skills including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search technique;
     Self-motivated, pro-active, able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
     Recruitment experience in the IT field is a big advantage;
     Understanding of recruiting processes and domain specific profiles;
     Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
     Fluency in English;
     Analytical, problem solving, planning and organizing skills;
     Open-minded and trustful.

    Responsibilities

     Understanding recruiting demands and skill profiles within area of responsibility;
     Using searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking;
     Screening application and selecting candidates according to specifications;
     Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
     Updating and using diverse recruiting databases and tools.
