We will feel better if you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
Good understanding of both the theory and application of Agile practices, 2 years+ on practicing as Scrum Master;
Ability to plan, manage, identify risks, and act pragmatically and collaboratively;
Ability to use various project management tools (as CA PPM or Microsoft Project);
Experience in working on projects over 100 man-days;
Solid understanding and practicing of .NET, SQL, Java, API, and cloud technologies;
Good understanding and usage of O365 environment;
Ability and experience to apply Agile methodology using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps;
Fluency in spoken and written English and good communication skills.

Ensure project team performance:
Act as Scrum Master, leading Scrum teams in assuming Agile mindset and practicing Scrum methodology, in a traditional office environment as well in an online environment with geographically dispersed team members;
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the other members of the development team;
Guide the team to work self-organized, showing the benefits of doing so and helping the team to enrich their maturity level;
Keep the team focused on the attended results and provide stakeholders with the necessary communication and reports;

Develop the right product:
Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of the project;
Understanding and challenging business requirements, translating them into functional requirements; support and coach the Product Owner to organize well the product backlog, allowing him to become self-organized;
Design and develop the solution following company validated guidance (such as architecture, security, integration etc.);
Manage effective source control, organize code review, and ensure quality;

Deliver right and fast:
Protect the Scrum team from external influences while removing barriers between stakeholders and team, making sure the sprints are successful;
Design and develop stable, scalable, secure, and easy to use solutions that meet the agreed acceptance criteria;
Use automation in testing and deployment of components;
Deliver the functionalities incrementally according to the agreed planning;

Maintain and optimize a working solution in business-as-usual mode.
