    Requirements

    Minimum 4 years of experience within the field (working with sales organizations is a plus);
    Intermediate level of English language (conversational);
    Proficiency with digital working tools.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinating all administrative responsabilities for the Bucharest and satellites locations: Cluj, Brasov, Iasi, Craiova;
    Acting as main point of contact for the document flows across teams within the organization;
    Providing general administrative support for the organization in scope;
    Coordinating all activities connected to office management – suppliers management, reception management, coordinating the documents flow, maintaining and improving the courier management;
    Occasionally offering support with travel arrangements, appointments scheduling, meetings and trainings organization;
    Offering support with internal and external communication, also with car fleet management.
