    Requirements

    o Proven experience as an administrative assistant;
    o Studies or experience in accounting or related field would be a plus;
    o Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
    o Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
    o Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    o Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    Responsibilities

    o Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments, write and distribute email;
    o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update and maintain office policies and procedures;
    o Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
    o Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
    o Book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports;
    o Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    o Receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices issued by suppliers with the consumption or physical items;
    o Check invoices, suppliers, microfilming and sending by e-mail to AP responsible;
    o Creating Purchase requisitions(PRs) for invoices recording and payment;
    o Creating and update of new suppliers in AP module;
