    Responsabilitati

    Oferirea de suport pentru departamentul financiar – administrativ;
    Procesarea facturilor provenite de la furnizori, crearea conturilor de furnizori noi in sistem, crearea comenzilor de achizitie pentru serviciile recurente;
    Inregistrarea si descarcarea facturilor primite pe email;
    Completarea si transmiterea fisierului de accrual lunar pentru departamentul financiar-administrativ;
    Primirea si inregistrarea in timp util a facturilor recurente;
    Oferirea de suport pentru managerul de achizitii, oferirea de suport in administrarea flotei auto, gestionarea furnizorilor de servicii recurente prin centralizarea periodica si transmiterea comenzilor de materiale, oferirea de suport pentru licitatii, reinnoiri contracte furnizori;
    Gestionarea arhivei, pastrarea evidentei documentelor arhivate;
    Intampinarea vizitatorilor si directionarea acestora;
    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si a corespondentei si distribuirea in timp util;
    Completarea documentelor interne necesare efectuarii platilor catre furnizori si trimiterea acestora catre contabilitate;
    Realizarea de traduceri ale documentelor.
