Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

minimum 3 years of work experience in payroll execution in a company of 200+ employees; preferably experience in recruitment and staffing agencies;
excellent knowledge of payroll administration;
excellent knowledge of the Romanian labor law;
excellent knowledge of payroll software programs;
organizational skills, accuracy and detail orientation;
bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;
university degree;
medium English level
