    LOCATION: Cluj, Tg Mures, Brasov, Sibiu, Bacau, Iasi, Buzau or in any other location

    THE ROLE We are searching for a Senior Sales Engineer for one of our clients, global leader offering equipment, systems, and solutions for Power Grid and EPCs. The position covers the Northern and Eastern regions of Romania and Moldova Republic. The main role is to sell products and systems to customers, advising both clients and EPC partners on the most suitable solution for their project, preparing or supporting the preparations of offers and bids proposals ensuring that appropriate technical and financial aspects are correct, including prices and trading conditions. Manage marketing & sales operation procedure in whole process, including support EPC bidding, pre-bidding agreement signing, project clarification, product bidding, technical agreement& contract negotiation, and assist the factory project implement etc. Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer’s organization, project process& habits, customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/system/ service offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience.

    THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a passionate sales professional with experience power grid projects, working with / or for EPC players.

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majored in science or engineering (electrical related major preferred) power engineering.
    • More than 3 years of experiences on sales, project management, business development, account management in energy sector.
    • Responsible and stable, self-driven with work pressure and customer-focused mindset. The best fit would be someone with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
    • Could adapt to frequently travel therefor availability to travel around the region is required.
    • Fluency in English is also required.
