    Job Description:

Take a look at our Team Leader for Development Quality team role in our Human Machine Interface team. Would you like to work in a dynamic team with new generation tools? You like to coordinate the professional activities of a team? You have a predilection for identifying inconsistencies and flaws? Do you have a keen attention to details? We are looking for a person who likes challenges to join our Development Quality Team. You will mainly manage a team of SW Quality Engineers in line with the group and BU Strategy and expectations, quality standards, process requirements and the defines timeline. . As a Team Leader of SW Quality Team you will:



    * Participate in defining objectives and strategies for the SW Quality Team;
    * Mange and supervise the team, assigning tasks in accordance with process requirements, timeframe and quality requirements;
    * Active participation in defining and improving processes, methods, technologies and tools used by the team;
    * Be the interface of the team towards next levels of management;
    * Be the interface for the other teams within the department;
    * Be responsible to mentor and/or coach team members, when necessary, on technical topics in order to obtain expected project results;
    * Ensures that new team members easily get integrated in his/ her organization;
    * Be responsible to ensure that employees competencies and capabilities from his/ her team are at the level required by the job, by setting objectives and proposing technical and soft skills trainings for his employees;
    * Perform the evaluation of new team members at the end of the integration period, based on job description, position description, set targets and performance. We want you integrated in our team as soon as possible. Therefore, one of us will be your mentor and will guide you to get familiar with our products, tools, processes and organization. We, as Quality Management Team, will support you in taking over own responsibilities after initial training phase.

    Job Requirements:
    You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:



    * University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer science, Electronics, Automatic Control and Computing Engineering);
    * 3-5 years' experience in Software or Quality Assurance;
    * year experience in coordinating technical activities;
    * Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ASPICE etc. ); it would be a plus to have auditing experience;
    * Knowledge about development process and methodologies (Waterfall, V-cycle, AGILE would be a plus);
    * Knowledge of quality methods and techniques (e.g. review, moderation, problem solving, audits);
    * Good communication skills ( with customers/ internal, regarding all quality issues);
    * Presentation, moderation and negotiation skills;
    * Strong analytical skills;
    * Ability to work under pressure and to quickly learn new things;
    * Initiative, dedication, attention to detail;
    * Good command of English (speaking & writing).
