    ▪ Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer or business-related field
    Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    ▪ Minimum of 3 years’ experience with increasing responsibilities implementing medium and large-scale projects
    ▪ Experience with Data Integration project experience
    ▪ Proven success working across multiple priorities with limited guidance
    ▪ Experience working with large data sets and multiple sources of data and mapping
    ▪ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment
    ▪ Strong quantitative orientation, analytical skills, and seasoned judgment as well as a high level of intellectual curiosity and tolerance for navigating ambiguity
    ▪ Ability to manage own priorities and adapt quickly to changes
    ▪ Desire to learn and ability to apply learnings to business issues
    ▪ Self-starter with proven ability to organize and direct quality work efforts


    ▪ Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders/application team, and the data integration team (Streaming Delivery)
    ▪ Create and maintain document for Source to Target data mapping and translation rules
    ▪ Provide consultation and business analysis on multiple projects of varying duration, size, and complexity. ▪ At one point in time, you should be able to work on requirements related to 3 or more data integration requests (streaming related)
    ▪ Elicit, translate and simplify requirements, decompose high-level business and user requirements into well-written User Stories
    ▪ Active participation in grooming sessions with developers (including those offshore)
    ▪ Good knowledge and experience in Agile methodology and also aid in the daily sprint ceremonies for this team.
    ▪ Document and organize acceptance criteria for user stories
    ▪ Analyze and validate business systems data
    ▪ Document technical requirements and business/ technical process flows
    ▪ Build high level contract for the Streaming events partnering with Tech Lead on transformation/mapping of data required
    ▪ Active participation and provide support during QA testing and End to end testing with SDETs and Program teams
    ▪ Participate in all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, implementation and continuous service
    ▪ Guide Development teams when needed Work with technical leads, product owner to plan, develop technical scopes of work and manage the execution of projects/product changes in response to requirements from our stakeholders
    ▪ Work with product and project manager(s) to define improvements to business processes, assist decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions, and help quality assurance test solutions
    ▪ Work with the Product Owner to assist in the prioritization and determining business value
    ▪ Be self-supportive in collaborating with peers to effectively deliver a robust solution for the business
