    Education and Experience Required:

    Associated degree in Marketing or related field, obtained in 2020-2021
    1-2+ years marketing and/or operational experience.
    Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Advanced Excel, SQL, programming languages
    High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
    Familiarity with offering category and HP offerings/ strategy.
    Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
    Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
    Strong attention to details
    Comfortable at working with big volume of data from different sources


    Manage data operations in the form of data aggregation and data validation
    Respond to queries and hypothesis from markets’ marketing teams by providing statistical analysis, e.g. regression and correlation analysis and clear data visualization
    Prepare customized campaign reports by consolidating various reports into an integrated report
    Collaborates with internal and external partners to support markets’ campaign managers and analysts to develop procedures for collecting, recording, analysing, and communicating data for review and feedback.
    Perform basic data extraction using SQL scripts to feed data models
    Have a good understanding of data models to be able to design, build, test, and support onboarding of campaigns to BI solutions/dashboards, e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Datorama
    Conducts data validation, and analysis to support accurate campaign reporting
    Prioritize and respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams while managing project workloads
    Own routine data refreshes, maintenance and troubleshooting for adhoc dashboards for market
    Partner with data organizations and other internal team to maintain changes to data structures, schema and documentation
    Gather and validate requirements for change requests and enhancements
