We are hiring a Linux-Windows Engineer for our ongoing projects.
Career level:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing infrastructures based on Linux and Windows operating systems
Mandatory requirements:
• Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree;
• Advanced knowledge of installing and configuring Windows systems;
• Advanced knowledge of installing and configuring Linux systems;
• Knowledge of software architectures and infrastructure elements of Linux operating system;
• Knowledge of Linux systems monitoring solution;
• General knowledge of storage systems (SAN, NAS), middleware and database;
• Knowledge of English: writing, reading and speaking (intermediate level).
Considered a plus:
• Knowledge of virtualization techniques and technologies on Linux platforms;
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization techniques and technologies.
Skills:
• communication and teamwork skills;
• analytical and conceptual skills.

• installs, monitors, manages and operates systems with Linux-Windows operating systems;
• updating of the systems according to company policies;
• monitoring and ensuring the accomplishment of backups;
• responsible for defining, developing and carrying out the monitoring and automation processes of the systems;
• handling incidents that require level 1 or 2 IT support.
