* Take ownership for the Scrum Team's effectiveness;
* Supporting and coaching the Development Team and the Product Owner by enforcing and adapting the rituals in the agile framework;
* Resolving impediments which were addressed by the Scrum Team
* Protecting the Development Team from external disturbance;
* Supporting the Development Team in the improvement of development processes;

Job requirements:

* This is what it takes to be a successful in Scrum Master role:
* University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science);
* Experience in Scrum Master role (at least 2 years);
* Knowledge in SAFe Process, Agile Scaling is a plus;
* Jira working experience;
* Experience in Software Development and Design, preferably in embedded environment is a plus;
* Good communication, moderation and conflict management skills
* Fluent in English;
* Team player spirit;
