System Architect for Telematic System - VNI CVS TSR

Job description:

* You will define the Overall System Architectures for Continental Telematic Solutions including onboard vehicle devices and backend servers;
* You are thinking holistic and acting interdisciplinary. In this role you will define the overall system components and behavior including the aspects of communication protocols between the onboard units and backed servers , data security etc.;
* You will define the functioning of the overall system and the use cases such a way to fulfill the overall system performance requirements ;
* Analyze provided requirements for the overall system for Telematic Solution;
* Define overall system architecture, together with embedded units architects ;
* Decompose system architecture to sub-systems;
* Decompose requirements for sub-system level;
* You will also support the definition of security concept for overall system and data;

Job requirements:

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science;
* At least 5 years of experience in complete telematic systems development including onboard vehicle devices and backend servers or similar as System Architect;
* Experience in requirements tracking tools and systems (DOORS, etc.);
* Understanding of the customers and good customer orientation;
* Good planning, organization skills and well structured;
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with people in a collaborative/multicultural environment;
* Experience with Cloud Technologies Solutions and AWS;
