The role of Software Tooling Engineer is to identify unique and easy to use solutions for our diverse range of products and customers, in order to increase agility and quality of the final products. As a Software Tooling Engineer your main responsibility will be to:

    * Clarify requirements with product responsible that will represent the internal customer and align them with the tool responsible;
    * Provide technical solutions for software requirements with medium complexity;
    * Develop software functionality agreed with the tool responsible;
    * Define, create and perform module verification and system tests;
    * Analyze problems and define appropriate solutions;
    * Improve technical documentation and user manuals;
    * Support data exchange, tool and plugin usage;
    * Cooperate with international development teams
    * Work in agile teams and following scrum/SAFe methodology;

    This is what it takes to be a successful software tooling engineer:

    * Experience in JIRA usage and configuration (experience in a project is a plus);
    * Knowledge of the full software development life cycle;
    * Knowledge in Java and scripting languages;
    * Basic knowledge of object-oriented design and software design patterns;
    * Effective communication and presentations skills, with a positive attitude and a sense of ownership;
    * Cool under pressure;
    * Advanced English knowledge;
