    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

     Knowledge and experience in Reward policies and practices within corporate environments (+4 years of relevant experience);
     Knowledge in any role grading methodology;
     Knowledge in salary grids building;
     Skilled in managing budgets/employment costs;
     Project management skills;
     Analytics & interpretation of data;
     Excellent Excel skills;
     Excellent stakeholder management skills and influencing at the managerial level.

    Responsabilitati

     Contributes to the effective implementation of the Reward Strategy through activities like:
    - Performing Job evaluation, organizational architecture & salary surveys;
    - Managing merit increase & bonus payment processes as Project Manager;
    - Smooth & effective offering process to attract talent;
    - Managing international mobility.
     Contributes to the effective implementation of the Benefits Strategy through activities like:
    - Managing or supporting benefits contracts negotiations & implementation for employees.
     Lives and promotes the values of the company in all his/her activities; customer focus and care, trust, teamwork, and high performance; role model cross-functional cooperation, with the Group and across all functions of the company.
