Subject Matter Expert in the KYC/CDD Department

                                                          Subject Matter Expert within Customer Due Diligence Department


The KYC/CDD Department Team’s objective is to provide LeasePlan entities with a single, global remediation and account maintenance service to deliver high-quality client’s data management service, robust client diligence, process excellence and standardization across each remediation function from one integrated global team. Job holder needs to ensure the LeasePlan is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policy in the field of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) guidelines.

His / Her main responsibilities are:
· Standardising and maintaining high quality of the company's customer KYC profiles through ongoing on-site support;
· Responding to most problematic cases with policy and specialized knowledge;
· Closely cooperating with the policy team and operations;
· Finding and recommending further process improvements with a key emphasis on work quality and productivity.

Requirements:
· University degree/diploma (e.g. in Law, Economics etc); Knowledge of MS Office suite; Experience in quality control and conducting trainings is a plus;
· Experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment is a plus
· Minimum 3 years of KYC/legal field experience
· Good command of English; Any other language spoken is a plus
