IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

- checking, packing and sending the hard copy invoices and notifications to customers;
- providing new Agreement numbers, scan and add in repository the already signed documents;
- bid & pricing support
- check the e-licitatie platform and extract the clarification requests, due date updates, answers, etc and send them to the involved LoB or load the clarification request;
- check the sourcing platform of some specific customers and load documents;
- consolidate company's certifications and be sure that are all the time valid;
- create the empowerment letters for colleagues who will pick up the needed letters from the bank;
- put all the qualification/technical documents together in the main package and format them, create the content, numbering etc;
- create the copies, scan, labels for requested documents
