Executing different operations tasks according to guidance and on time;
Improving internal processes by identifying gaps or opportunities;
Providing high quality data back to the product teams to help drive service improvement;
Facilitating timely and impactful engagement of FastTrack resources to provide technical guidance and share technical expertise with customers and partners;
Being able to understand internal process and identify possibilities to improve;
Reporting for the tasks handled;
Understanding and drive Microsoft Cloud intent, deployment, and adoption across assigned customers;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned customers including executive roles.

Preferred experience in Project Management or Support;
Communication Skills – Spoken and written English is a must;
Analytical skills and attention to details – ability to execute tasks related to internal process and understand inter-dependencies;
Exceptional collaboration skills on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities;
Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously;
Ability to work across a “virtual team” that has remote team members and crosses organization boundaries;
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent’s experience.
