Our client, an important international IT company that develops backup, disaster recovery and intelligent data management software for virtual, physical and multi-cloud infrastructures, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate (with Italian and English) with:
Advanced Italian and English - exceptional verbal and written communications skills;
Research and analytical skills;
Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce.com is desirable);
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Managing sales leads within the designated region and converting them into new business opportunities;
Maximizing coverage of the allocated region and listing the company's products in new organizations;
Identifying potential clients and developing partnerships with them;
Developing a solid working knowledge of company's software products and the benefits they provide to potential customers;
Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations and closures;
Updating the company's CRM system
Contract duration: undetermined;
Schedule: business hours (hybrid);
Benefits: financial boni (for achieving the KPIs), language bonus.
