    Requirements

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    Previous hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Consumer Digital Platforms & Insights, proficient in Excel and Power-point, story-teller, basic Data Science expertise;
    The jobholder should be a strong communicator, able to influence large teams through the power of data and storytelling, builds partnership with stakeholders, agile when dealing with ambiguity and technologically savvy;
    Working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Magento, Sprinklr, as well as Data Visualization (Tableau, Power Bi, Microstrategy) are essential;
    Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, data and come to new conclusions based on findings. Comfortable juggling facts, figures and number crunching; high attention to detail;
    Can learn quickly and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment – is a curious self-starter, flexible problem solver, and embrace an agile mentality;
    A team-player attitude is crucial, value collaboration, curiosity;
    Business Awareness - Can talk with credibility about the business and how it functions and its different customer segmentations and consumer behavior;
    Minimum 7 years of work experience in Consumer Insights & Market Planning, Analytics and / or Digital Platforms with senior stakeholder management and project management background in a large scale organisation;
    Excellent management, coaching and motivational skills.
    BENEFICIAL

    A masters degree in MBA in Digital Marketing Transformation or Analytics/Insights would be an added advantage;
    Understanding of Data Management and expertise in Alteryx and working knowledge of data science (SQL, Python, R) and able to use to query large dataset, experience with Snowflake and Azure cloud solution would be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities

    YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR 

    Portfolio services: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best approach the target market;
    Provide leadership on the analysis and consolidation of all Consumer Data & Digital Insights (sales volume, value and share performance, consumer profiling, website analytics, Social Media, search campaigns, audience databases etc) and provide solutions & recommendations to End Markets;
    Contribute to transform current ways of marketing in the strategy, planning, insights & analytics space, but bringing simplification ideas and setting up digital capabilities' medium & long term;
    Use the power of data & analytics to find opportunities to drive growth of the company and enable timely and quality decision making;
    Conduct appropriate evaluations of all key marketing activities and facilitate the communication of these insights to the relevant partners;
    Manage, develop, coach and motivate team members, and contribute in accelerating the performance of the function;
    Monitor resource utilisation and ensure that resource allocation is being managed effectively enabling the team to meet agreed Service Level Agreements and deliver business results;
    Work with peers from the Regional GBS Marketing and IDT to make recommendations for process improvements and/or define new sub-processes.
