    Requirements

    • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or similar;
    • Knowledge and experience in marketing, sales, and category management;
    • Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental, project management skills;
    • Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
    • Highly organized, analytical, strong result orientated;
    • Strong ability to understand and analyze the main financial and economic KPI;
    • Uses creative thought process - on product, promotions, displays, deals etc.
    • Fluent in English;
    • Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint).

    Responsibilities

    The main responsibilities are built around the product assortments, price strategy, user experience & services that we offer to our clients within the specified categories, leading category management projects, driving the sales and maximizing the profits.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Responsible for defining the growth strategy for each category product within the industry;
    • Identifying and implementing new product categories/brands to improve portfolio and build relevance within the industry in line with the company strategy and business performance objectives;
    • Carry out research to determine customer requirements for all category products;
    • Evaluating performance of the category and monitoring market changes to identify new opportunities as well as changes to existing portfolio so that the objectives are achieved;
    • Responsible for defining & implementation of price strategy at each category level in accordance with internal profitability objectives;
    • Monitoring trends and competition in local and international market, anticipating the market changes and identifying the opportunities regarding products, services as well as customer journey experience in order to capitalize on customers;
    • Analyzing sales reports, orders, clients’ demands and all other specific KPI for each business line, proposing and implementing strategic marketing and sales activities to meet the financial targets and exceed company’s objectives;
    • Analyzing and proposing concrete measures to improve business performance KPI for the categories for which is responsible;
    • Assist in coordinating and executing the business tactics for development, marketing and sales of the products in the category;
    • Strong working relationships with buying, marketing, platforms, marketplace, and finance teams for evaluating, implementing, and coordinating strategical projects for each category;
    • Working closely with executives and directors to access budget impacts and ensure alignment with the strategy and policy.
