    Requirements

    Minimum degree in HR or equivalent;
    10+ years HR Services experience in a Shared Service Center environment;
    5+ years of managerial experience;
    Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills;
    Tolerance for ambiguity;
    Proficiency in MS Office;
    Strong communication and presentation skills;
    Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes

    Responsibilities

    Manages a team of Employee Administration Specialists, ensuring they deliver a high-quality service to the customers, through effective on-boarding, performance management, training and development;
    Prioritizes the workload and requests for Employee Admin Specialists so that the team achieves agreed KPIs and SLAs;
    Has deep knowledge of Employee Administration service delivery and compliance issues in order to act as a point of escalation for Specialists with complex queries;
    Creates a collaborative working environment in team to support knowledge and good practice sharing and to ensure the effective balance of team capacity, capabilities and service;
    Develops a long-term relationship with customers, ensuring the team acts and is perceived as an extension of the HR departments;
    Identifies and ensures implementation of improvement opportunities;
