    Requirements

    Passion, enthusiasm, and a great desire to learn are absolutely mandatory.
    Fantastic grasp of the English language.
    Team player (working well within a team, capable of interacting and understanding other employees).
    Excellent communication skills (oral, writing), good organization skills, prioritize effectively.
    Kind and resourceful.
    Not easily scared by a high work volume.
    Creativity and good writing skills.
    Proactive and assertive in a diplomatic manner.
    Good presentation skills.
    Experience in recruitment (the more the better) is good to have.
    Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law – nice to have.
    Open minded and flexible.
    Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    We are currently seeking an HR Partner, eager and ready to wear several hats during their journey inside EveryMatrix: you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for technical and non-technical job openings; you will also have the opportunity to explore a variety of HR projects, starting with creating great onboarding and integration experience for new employees, employee engagement actions and developed feedback aimed at improving company retention.

    Your journey inside EveryMatrix:

    Recruitment responsibilities:
    Managing the end to end recruitment process for technical and business positions.
    Using direct search/ headhunting methods, sourcing candidates on social media and networking sites.
    Conducting interviews and assessments.

    Trusted HR partner for managers
    Communicate regularly with managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns.
    Assess business needs and priorities in terms of recruitment needs, employee relations, new leader coaching, career development.
    Recommend and implement HR solutions.
    Advise and help managers (including remote managers) on HR-related topics.

    HR advisor for our teams
    Support our colleagues throughout their journey at EveryMatrix: onboarding, constant feedback, career development, exit.
    Answer team members queries on HR matters.
    Support an assist employee on career development opportunities.
    Manage and solve employee relations issues.
    Promote HR initiatives across the teams.

    Employee experience initiatives
    Participate to impromptu projects (various employee opinion survey, salary grids etc.) and develop or contribute to other internal processes and policies (work from home, etc)

    Employer branding and training projects
    Conduct or help with projects on employer branding (internal and external events, meetups) .
    Manage training requests, assists or deliver HR related trainings (welcome presentations, HR training for managers, internal HR tools training etc.).
