    Job description:

    The position is within Total Quality Management - Continental Management System Organization. Total Quality Management (TQM) combines the overall responsibility for Quality, Lean as well as Environmental and Climate Protection within Continental AG. TQM steers the Quality Strategy for Continental and foster a quality-driven culture with a lean mindset. The position requires:

    * Coordinate the professional activities of TQM team in Timisoara in line with the TQM strategy and expectations, quality standards, process requirements and the defined timeline. The focus of the Team Leader position is the technical involvement and coordination of his/ her team.
    * Responsible for technical solutions of his/her team, in his/ her area of responsibility.
    * Responsible to provide/ approve work packages estimations or quotes from his/ her team.
    * Responsible to plan and monitor the execution of all activities/ tasks in order to meet due dates according to clients' requirements.
    * Assign tasks to team members, according to their internal function, competences and capabilities, with the involvement of the direct superior when necessary, in order to increase team performance.
    * Identifies and gives input to direct superior regarding the technical equipment needed, training, business trips.
    * Responsible to ensure cross-functional communication in order to improve information flow inside his/ her team.
    * Responsible to facilitate knowledge sharing at team level.
    * Responsible to ensure improvements in his area of expertise, process, procedures.
    * Responsible to mentor and/ or coach team members, when necessary, on technical topics in order to obtain expected results.
    * Performs the yearly Performance Management Process for all direct reports, with the supervision of the direct superior when needed, according to the applicable procedure, time and budget limits.

    Job requirements:

    * Qualification:
    * Academic degree in Business Studies/Economics Science/Economics / Engineering / Information Technology / Mechanical Engineering Required Knowledge:
    * Quality expertise
    * Knowledge of standard processes and quality techniques
    * Human Relations Management (team management, HR procedures/ processes/ policies etc.)
    * Internal administrative and technical tools (Configuration & Change Management, HR specific, MS Office etc.)
    * Business Administration Know-How (financial and business knowledge etc.)
    * More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field. Skills:
