    Job description:

    You will be part of an international team and you will work closely together with different colleagues from various departments. The position is within Total Quality Management - Continental Management System Organization. Position holder actively promotes and supports the Communications Strategy for Group Total Quality Management (TQM). He/She supports to create a clear picture - balanced, consistent and simple - and makes TQM present and understood in Continental. He/She ensures collaboration within communities. He/She ensures the continuation and development of an active, globally visible living Ownership community to enable everyone at Continental to understand and live the principles of Ownership in their daily work. The position requires:



    * Execute communication planning, structure, strategy;
    * Communicate "Living Ownership" activities and achievements;
    * Maintain and continuously improve Tracking of ownership workshop participants via Knime Workshop Tracker and worldwide Dashboard;
    * Collect Lessons Learned and use internal networks to share best practice examples;
    * Prepare and distribute Regular Status Report about Ownership;
    * Support master trainers and Group TMOD (Talent Management and Organizational Development) to calibrate and continuously improve "ownership champion" and "shopfloor ownership trainer" trainings;
    * Provide general supporting material as E-Learning, good practice samples;
    * Support in (community) event organization (e.g. templates, blueprints);
    * Support managing the Group TQM community/communities & TQM worldwide community/communities;
    * Active Member in cross-functional / cross-divisional councils / communities;
    * Ensure the continuation and development of an active, globally visible living ownership network;
    * Organize, host and promote platforms for exchange in the Ownership Champions community (Shopfloor Ownership Trainer, Coordinator);
    * Organize regional/global physical/virtual meetings on a regular base to allow for a dialogue in the community;
    * Host and promote platform(s) for exchange of good practice and peer consulting of ownership champions, shopfloor ownership trainers, coordinators (eg host Ownership Teams Channel "I need help", host presentation of good practices and sustaining actions at shopfloor, ...);
    * Host lists of community members, ownership champions, ownership shopfloor trainers, coordinators from BA, BU, Market, region, location;
    * Budget Administration;
    * Operational agency steering.

    Job requirements:



    * Qualification:
    * Academic degree in Marketing / Communications / Social Science or comparable (e.g. vocational training as journalist). Required Knowledge:
    * Project management (incl. leadership);
    * Media & digital law understanding;
    * Understanding of business & strategy development;
    * Strategic Brand Management Know-how;
    * Concept development;
    * Budget administrating;
    * Steering of external suppliers;
    * Performance measurement expertise;
    * Knowledge of production processes of marketing & media communication materials (digital & analog);
    * Knime Tool;
    * Several years of professional experience. Skills:
    * Manage multiple tasks and a variety of people at the same time;
    * Networking skills / partnering skills, outgoing;
    * Intercultural sensitivity & adaptability;
    * Be solutions oriented, self-starting individual and cope with stress;
    * "Customer first" mentality;
    * Event management and organization;
    * Audience understanding;
    * Language- & Text-sensitivity;
    * Analytical skills / critical thinking;
    * Presentation skills. Language:
    * Very good English language skills (written and spoken).
