    Cerinte

    • Fluent in English; knowledge of other language is an advantage
    General IT skills at a medium level. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, well-funded level
    • High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility

    Responsabilitati

    • Customer management
    • Customer and partners support (issue solving, responding to requests, requesting documents)
    • Preparing documents for the customers
    • Communication with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, authorities etc.)
    • Other E-mails and calla handling (handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and tracking incoming e-mails directed to Customer Support Team address)
    • Sales support activities (identify opportunities with current customers, sending offers to new customers).
