The Data Quality Analyst, Renewals & Customer Success is responsible for recurrent checks of the renewals pipeline data accuracy in Veeam’s systems. He / She provides ongoing support of all related questions and actions, and participates in projects aimed to automate processes and increase data quality and accuracy, in the area of expertise.
Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
Data Quality and/or CRM/ERP/Sales Commissioning systems-related training and/or certification is a plus.
Previous experience – Data Quality, Renewals, Commercial Finance, Pricing and/or Master Data Management experience preferred; working experience of data quality processes for CRM systems (Salesforce.com) preferred; working experience of data quality processes for ERP and Sales commissioning systems is a plus (NetSuite, Iconixx preferred).
Checking the accuracy of the data in Veeam’s systems for compliance with the standards and rules in the company;
Handling all incoming requests related to the verification process, offering solutions and recommendations for the resolution of controversial cases;
Participating in projects aimed to increase data quality and accuracy for the region/segment/organization he/she is assigned to;
Implementing projects aimed at automating processes related to data quality, in the area of expertise;
Creating and managing reports, dashboards, and other deliverables, aimed to assist in improving the quality of the data in Veeam’s systems;
Proactively sharing best practices and recommending improvements to the process, in order to increase the quality of the data in Veeam’s systems;
Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Direct Manager
