    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - Ongoing university studies, in graduation or with university degree in Economics, Business
    Administration, Information Technology;
    - Foreign Languages Studies (main language - German);
    - 2-4 years’ experience in a help desk center, B2B Customer Support or similar working areas, excellent;
    - Written and verbal command of German and/or English;
    - Very good skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel);
    - Experience in collaboration with international teams is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    - You will be part of the Business Support team in Cluj being responsible for 1st-Level support for German/international Users of Tax tools hosted by the WTS company and act in close alignment with the SaaS Coordination Team in Germany;
    - You will be the first contact person for our users and respond in German/English to all customers’ inquiries via ticket system/Email;
    - You will solve the 1st-Level support inquiries yourself and clarify decide professionally to whom to delegate the unsolved tickets to ;
    - You follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues;
    - You support the German team by setting up and optimizing processes and documentation for the 1st-Level support in Cluj and you train other staff members.
