Manufacturing Engineer

 University degree: electronics, mechatronics, automation, electrotechnics;
 Relevant experience (3-5 years) in a similar position within an automotive company;
 Previous experience with production assembly processes is an advantage;
 Good knowledge about rootcause analysis, statistics (SPC), capabilities, PFMEA;
 Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage;
 Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is considered an advantage.

 Develops and assures all technical documentation needed according to his area of responsibility (process flow, PFMEA, work instructions etc.) and train the production workers;
 Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors;
 Responsible with conducting and performing specific analysis: FPY;
 Monitor, analyze and transform all data regarding cycle time into routing;
 Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout;
 Assures product and process quality by setting up the production equipment according to customer requests;
 Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
 Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
