    Job description:

    As Customer Profitability & Claim Management Controller you will be part of multinational team of Sales controlling Area. You will have interfaces to the segments of the Business Unit, as well as to all internal functional areas with regards to the responsibilities:

    * Customer & Market Profitability Management (CUPA);
    * Coordination of segments and locations worldwide with focus on customer and market profitability reporting (budget, actual) for the BU CVS (monthly) and BA VNI (quarterly);
    * Detailed margin analysis by customer and market to improve local SAP data quality;
    * Collaboration with R&D, Sales, Controlling and IT Teams;
    * Claim Management (ClaiRe);
    * Collaboration with sales, logistics, purchasing, quality, engineering, manufacturing, quality and law teams to identify potential/existing active and passive claims;
    * Shaping claim management processes within the Business Unit worldwide;
    * Mastering collection, documentation, and valuation of claims;
    * Planning and executing of lessons learned workshops to drive process efficiencies and tools implementation;
    * Preparation of decision proposals for the management.

    Job requirements:

    * University or master's degree in Finance / Economics /Business Law/ Economical Engineering;
    * Several years of professional experience in an international industrial company preferred in Sales, Logistics or Controlling;
    * English - Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking;
    * Advanced communication skills and good teamwork spirit;
    * High motivation and flexibility;
    * Drive for results;
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office;
    * Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
    * Ability to work in an international team environment.
