CATIA L1 Support Engineer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (automotive, mechanical engineering);
•Advanced knowledge of English;
•Experience in a similar position is considered a plus;
•Knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA), mechanical engineering would be a plus.

About our open position: CATIA L1 Support Engineer

•As L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering technical assistance for users in Romania of specific computing applications.

A typical day might include the following:

•Offering technical support for end-users using email, phone, and online chat;
•Providing support for CAD departments;
•Making the application testing after updates or modifications;
•Escalating to L2 the customer tech problems that cannot be handled.
