University degree, preferably in technical field (mechanical engineering, electronics, telecommunications)
Experience with product development/ Time to Market processes
Strong skills in time management (especially with strong deadlines)
Superior written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team environment
Open-minded to international cooperation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

You will be working within HELLA Romania Special Applications division, being part of the Project Management team. You will be located in Timisoara, though you will be in permanent contact with the production plant from Lugoj

Develop and enhance processes and methods which guarantee efficient products development in Special Application division
Provide 1st level user support
Organize MAQS1 trainings on product development process for team members
Collaborate with domain responsible and process leaders and provide input on new requirements, change requests, improvement ideas
Act as project manager for international projects related to process releases
