Technical background with experience in development of electronic products
Team Lead/ Management / Project Management experience in handling small to medium sized projects
Presentation skills and business understanding of the product lifecycle
Autonomous and entrepreneurial attitude

Set-up and lead the Electronics/Efficiency Growth Department in HRO-SA
Propose and develop business/ projects/ people development strategies in order to achieve objectives in the E/E Growth area
Manage project inquiries and allocate resources according to the requirements
Grow and develop competences necessary for a successful execution of sensor projects in SOE
