    Cerinte

    Master’s degree preferable in business administration with previous experience in filtration business
    Proven collaborative and able to develop business relationship with international partners
    Experience at min 3 years in the Independent Aftermarket on a similar position - in any of the following segments: filtering systems business segment / wholesale / repair / garage business
    Passionate and driven to reach commercial goals
    Strong analytical and negotiation skills
    Business English with proven intercultural, social & team competence
    Business German skills, seen as an advantage
    Good usage of MS Office package and hand-held devices
    Strong skills in the use of both excel and PowerPoint
    Availability for travel 30%- 50%.

    Responsabilitati

    Management of Filtration product portfolio focused on business strategy development on Regional/Local markets
    Centralized function, networking with internal and external stakeholders in relation to product and business development aspects
    Global contact for local markets in respect to filters price product positioning, sales strategy
    Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, market gap analysis, competitor reports and provide strategies to cover the eventual market gaps, cut costs and increase revenue
    Perform market research to identify new market opportunities and engage with stakeholders to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
    Preparation of product briefs, marketing campaigns, fairs and catalogues
    Offering active support via product and commercial trainings for local sales companies to promote product portfolio and grow profitability
    Procurement of data for new product launches (volume, sales price, purchase price / production cost)
    Driving business development through close networking with sales, marketing, quality management & e-commerce
