Bachelor’s degree required with preference for Masters studies
Consistent experience in the material procurement and purchasing segment of business
Strong understanding of automotive aftermarket part business and supply base
Knowledge on automotive technology, technical background can be an advantage
Fluent in German, English is an advantage
Be shrewd, have strong vision and strategic agility
Tenacious at follow-up
Ability to work with teams from other functional areas

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Bachelor-Abschluss erforderlich, Masters Studium Abschluss bevorzugt
Konsistente Erfahrung in den Geschäftsbereichen Materialbeschaffung und Einkauf
Ausgeprägte Verständnis des Aftermarket-Geschäftes mit Kfz-Teilen und der Versorgungsbasis
Kenntnisse im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, technischer Hintergrund kann von Vorteil sein
Scharfsinnig, mit starker Vision und ausgeprägtem strategischen Interesse
Beharrlich hinsichtlich Folgemaßnahmen
Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit mit anderen Funktionsbereichen
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil

Your responsibilities:

Manage global purchasing activities for defined material group.
Manage and consolidate the supplier base in relation to product sources across regions.
Responsible for supplier development and relationship management for continuous business growth potential.
Analyze the global purchasing market and opportunities with respect to business division targets and requirements.
Observe the global market situation, coordinate, carry out and keep track of the purchasing activities worldwide for the corresponding material group
Negotiate the best terms of business, manage conclusion of supplier frame contracts, be involved in the planning of the material group.
Prepare and update the supplier matrix, prepare qualified supplier evaluations.
Review and enforce the strict adherence to supplier pyramid strategies through active participation in sourcing reviews.
Build up alternative suppliers to reduce costs, achieve technical, quality and other defined targets, according to business division requirements in agreement with cross functional responsible involved
Achieve saving potentials and purchasing strategies for the local market, actively introduce new local suppliers for the supplier panel
Support central & Regional PR teams for all the future product introductions
Act as internal pivotal role in interdepartmental communication, management interface and supplier contact.

Verhandlung der besten Geschäftsbedingungen, Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen, Mitwirken bei der Planung der Materialgruppen
Erstellung und Pflege der Liefermatrix, Erstellung qualifizierter Lieferantenbeurteilungen
Übersicht und Durchsetzung der strikten Einhaltung von Lieferantenpyramide-Strategie durch aktive Teilnahme an Beschaffungsbewertungen
Aufbau von Ersatzlieferanten um Kosten zu senken, zur Verwirklichung von technischen, qualitativen und sonstigen Zielen, gemäß den Geschäftsbereichsanforderungen, in Abstimmung mit den beteiligten funktionsübergreifenden Verantwortlichen
Erzielung von Einsparpotenzialen und Einkaufsstrategien für den lokalen Markt, aktive Einführung neuer lokalen Lieferanten fuer das Zulieferer-Spektrum
Unterstützung der zentralen und regionalen Produktmanagement Teams für alle zukünftigen Produkteinführungen
Agieren, als entscheidende Rolle in der abteilungsübergreifenden Kommunikation
