The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

- Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering Politehnica;
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the technical documentation field;
- Good work experience in CATIA, ENOVIA, LOOP;
- Advanced level of English;
- Customer-oriented working attitude.

- Providing the technical information needed to solve vehicle quality problems in after-sales resources;
- Participating in the documentation of TSO files (recall campaigns);
- Drafting and validating technical information following pre-established rules;
- Checking on the applicability and relevance of technical solutions after-sales by performing tests and physical validations on vehicles;
- Piloting and cross-sectional facilitator to ensure the availability of spare parts for the application of prepared information techniques;
- Taking part in re-act points between the factory and the VPA to communicate the immediate provisional protections of the customers to the technical posts and the VPA network;
- Active participation in QRQC-c points for communicating the immediate protections of aux Pole and VPA customers to the grid;
- Responsible for power supply and maintaining VPA knowledge base;
- Assisting in actions related to the launch of new vehicles or bodies;
- Ensuring compliance with cit-specific procedures;
- Assuring continuous improvement of the activity and active contribution to the actions of analysis of the quality of the cit activity (responsible for technical information).
