    - University degree in Computer Science, Automatic Control and Computer Engineering, Electronics or similar;
    - Automotive experience: embedded programming, vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Lin), diagnostics, etc.;
    - Very good knowledge about the development process (V-cycle);
    - Good knowledge about automotive standards: ASPICE, Safety, AUTOSAR, Cybersecurity, etc.
    - Good abilities for technical specifications analysis and abstraction of software relevant requirements, and identification of interactions between SW and other subsystems;
    - Good abilities of organizing and managing software tasks and projects using specific project management tools;
    - Relevant experience in a similar position (2+ years): SW project management, global team technical coordination;
    - Key skills: proactivity, reliability, communication, organizational skills, time management, negotiation and team motivation, problem solving and decision making, analytical thinking and risk assessment, leadership;
    - Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking; German language skills are an advantage.


    - Participating to requirements analysis and elicitation, and to development cost estimation;
    - Supporting Project Manager in drawing up the project schedule;
    - Supporting the Process Manager and the Software Quality Manager in tailoring of the process elements and assigning the roles together with the team;
    - Planning capacity and coordinating the software development team within the project;
    - Solving the problems and the conflicts that may occur;
    - Monitoring the progress and initiating the relevant periodic software milestones;
    - Preparing the documentation required by the development process;
    - Identifying possible risks, taking corrective measures and monitoring their effectiveness;
    - Controlling software related costs and investments;
    - Maintaining a close communication and cooperation with the customer, the Project Manager, the Software Quality Manager and the Configuration Manager;
    - Representing the software in the project core and cross-departments teams;
    - Responsible with the continuous improvement of the software regarding: quality, technical solutions and processes;
