3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies in gaming (match 3/ casual gaming preferred)

Extensive testing experience in an agile development environment, including taking a leading role in the adoption of agile development methodologies in a game development team

Experienced in exploratory test planning strategies

Strong aptitude for identifying high value defects using domain expertise

Excellent English written and verbal proficiency

Strong communication and relationship building skills i.e. you are able to articulate quality risks to a wide range of stakeholders

Up to date with the latest trends of QA / Software testing

Work as part of a scrum team, integrated into the day-to-day activities, collaborating with team members to improve quality using agile software development methodologies

Proactively contributes to sprint rituals (planning & estimating, daily syncs, retrospectives)

Supports the scrum team in delivering high quality early in the sprint e.g. identifying gaps in requirements, shift-left testing,)

Exploratory testing within sprints and maintaining a tight feedback loop to developers on code change feedback

Improve test execution efficiency and test coverage

Ensures that quality risks and issues are recorded and escalated as appropriate
